   Hi, I used EC325 on an XP and moved to Vista (64bit); tried the download. I got the error “Windows was unable to install your Data interface”. Actually i am trying all options for the past 2 weeks, but was un-successful always. Please help me out.

   Hi Did you follow these Steps?

   Try and Install The Hardware as just Modem using the normal drivers. And then create a dial up connection.
   in Vista 64bit: have you enabled emulation for 32bit applications to run? please verify.

   Hi, I’ve recently bought HP DV9312TX Portable Laptop and Huawei EC325 Data Card. I played alot getting my Data card to work but wasn’t successful. Called up Reliance Customer Care but even they’re not able to solve this problem. When I try to Install the driver, it throws me a message “WINDOWS WAS UNABLE TO INSTALL YOUR DATA INTERFACE”. Can anyone please help me out and get this stuff working 4 me? Thanks !

   The drivers for EC325 installation in windows vista which are available in Rliance website doen’t suit for the notebooks with core2 duo processor and windows vista.

   The drivers which are available in Hutch website will suits for above said notebooks.

   Hey subhash the simplest thing to do is install the data card as a modem, its really simply let me know if you need more help?

   Balaji: You too don’t need exactly the drivers that need for vista, just install it as a driver and then create a new dial up connection.

    I HAVE INSTALLED HUWAIE DATA CARD SET UP EXE FROM THE CD GIVEN WITH DATA CARD. BUT I AM UNABLE TO CONNECT THE NET CONNECT. MY OPERATING SYSTEM IS WINDOW VISTA HOME BASIC. PLEASE HELP ME.

    I’ve tried to intall an ZTE MF620 USB Modem, and it installed well, the connection application installed well, it started well, but when i try to open conection i get an error “USB Modem Unavailable”. The problem is that the Modem is in fact listed in the Devices Listing!… Other aspect is that this problem only happens in Vista Home Basic! In Other Version of Vista runs normally!… Any hints / ideas?? Thanks in advance!

    I have also taken Reliance data card and till now spent Rs. 5000 on the modem and on paying the bills extra. They had given me a white data card which was returned and also the executive said that many of them complain on its use and the cost and the accesbility. Instead of this i was replaced with a ZTE model which was an open piece. I requested for a close box , new piece but the executive said as ur piece was open and used he had to give me an open data card modem. I used that for around 3 months but always getting disconnected. After complaining, the guy says he will help me with it but as far as my experience is with reliance, Ambani was very true in what he said….karlo duniya apni mutthi mein…” Sabka maal apna mutthi mein”…
    I would request everyone not to ever go for any reliance data card…or reliance mobiles…they are utterly rubbish…
    I have invested so much on this data card instead i could get gold for me which would alteast be genuine with me.

    and i m using vista 32bits os n i m unable 2 install the drivers.its gvng error of driver is not intended for this platform.

    i hav bought reliance netconnect usb modem lg lxu 800. idrivers i got with it are for 32bit vista where as i hav 64 bit. so its not installing. plz help what shuld i do
